Ticket Information and Policies

Purchase Tickets:

Tickets may be purchased in advance online or in person at our Box Office on the day of performances. When purchasing tickets in person, reservations are encouraged and can be made by phone.

Will Call Window / Box Office:

Our Box Office is set-up in the lobby of the Ralston Performing Arts Center, prior to each performance. Box office opens approximately 1 hour prior to curtain:

  • Friday and Saturdays: 6:30 PM
  • Sundays: 1:00 PM

We accept cash, checks, and all forms of card payment (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa).

Online Reservations:

Tickets may be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Click here, select a performance and follow the steps for purchasing. Tickets will be emailed to you, but our Box Office staff can also assist you in looking up purchases if needed.

Phone Reservations:

The Ralston Community Theatre box office opens for telephone reservations one week prior to the run of our production, and is open the following hours during the week:

Thursday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Reservations may be made by phone at (402) 205-8950. Tickets reserved will be held at the Box Office for purchase on the day of the show. Reservations are not required but are strongly encouraged. Outside of the times listed above, patrons are welcome to contact us via email or Facebook for up-to-date information related to our performances!

Please note: While no fees apply to reservations, fees may apply to purchases made over the phone.

Ticket Policies:

  • All Sales are final.
  • No Refunds! Exchanges can be made for another performance of the same show by calling the Box Office at least 24 hours prior to the date on your ticket.
  • Same-day exchanges are generally not permitted but may be made at the discretion of our Box Office staff and ticket availability.
  • All tickets are General Admission; our house seats 500+ patrons. However, it is recommended you arrive early if you prefer to sit in a specific area.
  • Our house typically opens for seating 30 mins prior to the respective curtain time.
  • No recording devices or cameras are allowed. Turn off all cell phones and pagers.
  • No food is allowed in the theatre.
  • Student tickets can be purchased for kindergarten through high school students and full-time undergraduate college students with a valid photo ID.
  • All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Additionally, while lap seats for children under the age of 3 will be permitted at the discretion of box office staff (based on availability), RCT recommends parents use their judgment regarding their child’s ability to enjoy the show.
